WALK NEIGHBORHOOD -- 25 MINUTES, GYM -- 15 MINS, WEIGHT -- 238

After giving the hamstring four days of rest, I can now say there is no difference whether I rest or walk, so today I'm walking again.

The new regimen is that I'm walking at noon, eating lunch lightly, and then making a gym stop before supper. I absolutely must do something about my weight. I'm tired of seeing my middle in mirrors.
