WALK WATERFRONT -- 50 MINUTES, WEIGHT -- 239 That left hamstring of mine must be starting to feel better for today I flipped through a bunch of training plans to begin preparing for the Seaton Trail 25K in September. http://www.salty-dog.ca/mudpuppies/trailrace.htm I'll probably use the same John Bingham walk/run marathon plan that lead me successfully to the Toronto Waterfront Half last September. http://radio.weblogs.com/0137360/2004/09/26.html I really need to start all over again as I have not run for two months, even since the 6-miler that was supposed to kick off a training plan for a 30K in May. http://radio.weblogs.com/0137360/2005/02/15.html If a 45-minute walk on Friday and 90 minutes on Sunday go all right, I'll start re-introducing running into my walks next week.
The layoff has brought my weight up three or four pounds so I better get serious about losing some. I'll go vegetarian for a while to get the weight-loss started again. |
