WALK/RUN 4/1 TRACK -- 4 MILES
Hey, maybe walking/running only once or twice a week is the way to go. The 4 miles went by at a bit under 16 minutes per mile--which is quicker than what 4/1 delivered before, when I was out three or four times per week.
Maybe there's hope yet for getting up in distance to tackle the Seaton Trail 25K in September.
