GYM 30 MINUTES (BIKE 10 WEIGHTS 20)
In 20 minutes, I can get through all the exercises I know on the Weider machine and with free weights, ending with situps, pushups and leg raises,
I'm aiming to get into the gym three times per week, and guaranteeing at least twice a week by now doing our laundry twice a week instead of just once. The gym is next door to the laundry room in our condominium building.
In January, I'll start stretching the 30 minutes to 45.
