WALK/RUN 3/1 24 MINUTES ON TREADMILL
Feels good to be getting back into it, but my pace is pedestrian, befitting, I suppose, an overweight 63-year-old.
My walking pace is 20-21 minutes per mile while the run portion is 14-15 minutes. How long ago was it that I routinely ran in the 8-to-9-minute range?
