WALK/RUN 3/1 32 MINUTES ON TREADMILL
In my previous incarnation as a runner, I hated the word jogger and never ever applied it to myself. I figured, hey, i'm routinely running 9 mins per mile or better, that's running, not jogging.
Well, these days, I'm definitely a jogger, no question about it, as my quickest pace is a pedestrian 15 mins per mile.
I'm determined to keep the pace down, in order to avoid injury and down-time, until I work up to at least 30 mins for two weekday workouts and one at 60 mins on the weekend.
