AVERAGE WEIGHT FOR LAST TWO WEEKS: 237.14, DOWN 0.43 LB.
Thanks to almost daily walks and an all-seafood diet, and travelling with scales, this was the first vacation that I can recall where I did not put on at least a few pounds.
