WALK/RUN 3/1 48 MINUTES TO LAKESHORE
That didn't go easy. Just before the halfway turnaround, I was thinking maybe I should switch to bicycling until I get under 200 pounds. Little aches and twinges in the knees and elsewhere, and feeling heavy even though I'm 10 pounds lighter than two months ago.
The last half went a bit easier.
CALORIES: 3,345 eaten, 3,146 burned, up (!) 199 for the day.
Blame the family BBQ with all the fixings for the excess amount of calories.
