WALK/RUN 4/1 7 MILES ON QUARTER-MILE TRACK
Distance, time on the move, building endurance, that's what's important right now, so I moved through the 7 miles leisurely, comfortably. As it was 10 degress Celsius warmer than last Sunday, I was close to being overdressed.
Spent much of the two hours visualizing long runs, first 30K, then 50K, then 65K+ if all goes well this year.
Total time 2 hours 5 minutes or 17 mins 52 secs per M.
