BP was 153/100 this morning. Headachy all day. Not good.
Got to get the weight down. Eat less, stick to exercising regularly. Switched to decaf. Cut the wine. Don't want to stimulate the old heart or the appetite.
CALORIES: 1,700 eaten, 3,041 burned, down 1,341 for the day.
