Got Billions?


Ultimately, there are only two kinds of billionaire: the kind who buys an expensive super-yacht, and the kind who uses his money to build a personal navy, complete with an aircraft carrier and personal luxury submarines.  I believe I would place myself in the latter group.  Unfortunately, as I am not in the millionaire group, the point is moot.
