Wahoo! Well, now the states have to go back to the drawing boards. Let us hope that only the most backward and repressed will ban all sales direct...but that will depend on the lobbying done by the distributers...makes the mafia look like a swell bunch of average guys.

Sending HTML using UTL_SMTP. Hi Tom I hope I'm phrasing this correctly... I'd like to be able to send an HTML formatted email from the database using the UTL_SMTP package.
