For most teens, the only form of sex is penetration, and anything else doesn't count. You can have oral sex and be a virgin

Well, it is a technicality.  For many parents, this may come as a shock, but the kids are right on this one.  Virginity has only one definition and it is based on the only thing that could be checked.  In the modern world though, does it really matter?  We should be more concerned that we are teaching our children to be safe rather than quibbling over technicalities.

Homeland Chief Says FEMA Must Be Revamped (AP). AP - Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said Wednesday the Federal Emergency Management Agency was overwhelmed by Hurricane Katrina and must be retooled to improve preparation and response to natural disasters like the one that swamped the Gulf Coast. Actually, the Department of Homeland Security needs to be revamped, but in this case, maybe starting small is a good idea and FEMA is the place to start.
