Kentucky pediatric asthma up 45 percent in 3 years It's the most dramatic findingss from a new report on State health. High levels of cigarette smoking in the state are cited in the report, and I believe tobacco smoke can bring on attacks in some people, but I find it hard to believe this would drive a sudden increase. Haven't Kentuckians always been big smokers? Have the levels changed in three years?
I think the questions about pollution levels in the state are more important.
