Study: Some should step down meds

Just a little while after writing my last post, I ran across this story:

Latest research shows that a common class of drugs used for acute asthma attacks might be causing the very thing it aims to treat.

They're talking about beta-agonists, and it makes sense to me. When I first tried Albuterol, I thought it was the greatest thing in the world, but you can develop an over-reliance on it, and every drug has side effects for some people.

Study: Step up your meds

A report on this Australian study suggests people who don't have total control over their asthma should increase dosages gradually until they find the level at which they have control.

A doctor quoted in the study said it helped 70 percent of people in the study to better control their asthma.

My question is about the 30 percent who didn't improve: Did any of them feel worse?
