This is no surprise, the only surprise is that they are just now noticing...
US experts: OTC weight loss drug offers benefits
A low-dose OTC version of Xenical / orlistat - presumably with the same side effects of oily stools, rectal "discharge", and excessive gas... the drug companies hoping that if offered OTC it will sell like hotcakes, and the makers of adult diapers hoping for the same... minimally effective for weight loss, maximally effective for generation of sales and profits.
