Congress eyes cuts to Medicare & Medicaid; legislative language from Finance and Energy & Commerce now available. Last week, both the Senate Finance and House Energy & Commerce Committees passed FYE 2006 Budget Reconciliation packages that would make reforms and reductions to the Medicare and Medicaid programs, to meet the budgetary targets set forth earlier this year.
