We do hope you learnt some history of Barcelona during your stay.
Dear
First of all Happy New Year and thanks for having stayed with us. We would like to invite you plus one other person of your choice to a free weekend in Barcelona this coming February. Last years winner was NIGEL SYACH. They had a lovely time.
The rules are simple. Just answer the following three questions, send them to me and if they are correct you will enter the contest.
Our budget is limited so we can only pay for expenses from the U.E, for two people, a round trip and lodging. No other costs will be met, just then plane and the stay with us in one of our suites.
The Three Questions
What was the original name of Barcelona during the Moors invasion from 713 till 801?
Barcelona was taken over by the English for 10 years. Do you know when?

Contest Rules
The contest can be entered by a past guest. The winner will be announced on our website on the 20th of January, 2006. Entries will not be accepted after the 18th of January, 2006, midnight, Barcelona time.
The winner will have the expense covered of one round trip by plane for two from a major U.E airport to Barcelona. Also included is the free stay of two nights, Friday and Saturday at our hostal in one of the suites.
The weekend to choose from will be either the last or previous to such, of the month of February 2006.
How to apply?
Just copy the questions, add the answers and email them to us. We will email back to you a receipt. Wait for the deadline and look up on our site the winner and the correct answers to the questions. Only those who have given the correct answers will enter the final draw.

Why the contest ?
We consider this contest a courtesy to all those travelers that enjoy a sociable life and help bring to our Hostal a warm pleasant feeling that satisfies all and makes us keep on going and maintaining our small business.
We want you back with us and we want Barcelona to have you for a few more days.
During last years contest a lot of guests thought this was a joke of some kind. It seems that people are not used to getting something for free, well this is the exception.
We wish we could bring you all over, maybe in the future so go for this quiz and come on over.
