IT Executive Pays How much did the top executives of IT companies earned? Oracle’s Larry Ellison was one of the top. Last year, he got $7.48 million in salary and another $66.89 million for exercising his stock options. IBM’s top executive, Sam Palmisano, got $6.84 million, plus another $2.81 million in stock options vested. Microsoft’s top too executives were very cheap in comparison.
