Jean Cocteau Repertory Theatre announces New Series of Classic Play Readings in Playbill, including Arthur: The Begetting. A Google alert came across my desk about Arthur: The Begetting yesterday. (I created the alert back when the play was on the boards at Taproot, and never cancelled it.) The one I got yesterday was cool. Playbill is one of the major New York Theatre publications. Their article describes the series and the other plays being featured. Makes it seem a bit more real... As one friend said yesterday, that's some tall cotton this little play is walking in. Pyramid Came across an elegant software program for you Mac Users, an organizational / brainstorming tool that I find enormously helpful. It's called Pyramid. Their website include some screen shots that give you the gist of it, but I have found that the visual presentation of the madness floating around in my mind has brought some sense of order to it. In the past few days, production levels have shot up, concentration is higher, and the chaos has receeded. Don't want to put too much stock in it, but still...you might find it helpful.
