    Daily Hopper Notes...

My projects are creeping forward, one lonesome word at a time...the week's been one of interruptions, so not much work getting done..."Dramafest" at Roosevelt High School, a festival of student directed one-act plays (both kids were featured actors) has been emotionally exhausting, best of fest awarded tonight: we'll see...readings for my writing group today were great, one set of poems asking the same questions about love I've been asking the past few years, like what's it made of, and how do I get it. The other writing is a great piece on labyrinths, and the nature of labyrinth walking as spiritual journey. I've never walked a labyrinth, like the one at Chartres, which is the one this man is writing about, but somehow, intuitively, the idea of walking a labyrinth as metaphor for spiritual journey makes sense.

He also suggests that we enter a cathedral to learn we are one.

If that's true, here's the question:

    Are my windows stained?
