Isn't it fun to watch the Red Sox churn on?...Roosevelt High School's Drama/Orchestra Boosters raised almost $35,000 Saturday at their annual Light up the Stars, and announced the upcoming season at RHS: The Children's Hour, The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, and the spring musical, Once Upon a Mattress. (A bit of a let-down, that last one--lots of people were hoping for Hello, Dolly....Daniel gets his braces off in some six weeks...both kids wondering how they will survive when rehearsals begin next week for Seattle Public Theatre's The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, in which they both have good roles...still haven't seen Friday Night Lights...computer monitor's getting touchy, starting to malfunction...you've got to go here to read a snippet from Barbara Nicolosi's three part article on "Beauty in the Church"...reading bits of Chesterton's The Everlasting Man, jumping up and down of course to read that "Art is the signature of Man"...need to get down to writing.
