Faulty information design cause of Genesis crash

The designs were drawn backward for the key system. The result was the incorrect gravity-switch placement that meant improper detection of the capsules entry into Earth's atmosphere. No detection entering Earth's atmosphere meant no parachutes and no braking. On the bright side, the mission was to bring back samples of atoms and ions of the solar wind to Earth, but they will have to be scraped off the desert floor.
