Live from Pacific Grove. . .

 

Today's Manic Minute is coming to you almost-live from Pacific Grove, California, located on the Monterey penninsula where I lived for 15 of the last 24 years.  I'm giving a talk to a workshop of industry pioneers and aficionados who've helped build the hardware and software industry for the past 30 years.  Many of us go back to the time before there were microprocessors and we had to build our own computers out of pebbles and dinosaur bones… boy did they rock!
