Exit Polls III OK, despite Chris Nolan's diatribe telling us to forget the exit polls inaccuracies and get back to working the system I still believe that it's ok to examine the results and compare to the polls, even if there's a sound statistical explanation for the divergence of the early exit polls to the actual results. Again, why not attempt to gain access to the voting machines' audit logs and prove that the results are valid? I'm not arguing that the polls' numbers are the bible, but rather that given the recent evidence of the potential of tamperability with electronic voting machines, that the final tally is not 100% infallible either. 10:15:15 AM comment [] trackback [] |
