The legal issues surrounding 79 Wildwoods condominium buildings and their fire-code violations are far from over, but Superior Court Judge Steven Perskie said Thursday he saw some signs of progress.

The big announcement many dissatisfied lot owners at Fairfield Glade had been waiting for came on Tuesday afternoon. The Attorney General's office had filed a lawsuit on behalf of lot owners who had complained that amenities, such as water, sewer, roads and electricity, allegedly promised at the time of purchase from Fairfield Resorts, Inc. (FRI), or its predecessors, were never delivered.
