A new Kentucky law that tightens restrictions on where sex offenders can live has prompted a federal lawsuit that contends the law is so rigid it will require offenders to move from nursing homes, court-ordered treatment centers, jails and prisons....Another 80-year-old man who must move out of a Jefferson County condominium left to him by his sister with the stipulation that he can never sell it. The suit says the man successfully completed his probation and would not have been affected by the state's old sex-offender law.
