In addition to the back pay and severance, he claims that American INVSCO had an incentive plan for employees who sold a unit at the River City development at 800 S. Wells St. The incentive plan rewarded employees who sold a unit there with a bonus of $10,000 and a European vacation the company paid for.

It will be up to the Plan Commission to make a final decision at its Oct. 17 meeting about whether to reinstate a 55-and-older restriction or leave the units off U.S. 30 near Taney Place status quo or open to all age groups.
