TX: Sex Offender Responds To Angry Neighborhood Hoskins moved into the Bella Vista development in October. His neighbors found out he was a registered sex offender days later and protested to the Home Owners Association (HOA) and development managers. NV: Las Vegas condo developer settles class-action lawsuit The developer of a canceled condominium project has reached a settlement with its buyers. Florida-based Del American was sued last year for canceling reservation contracts and raising prices at its $650 million mid-rise condo project -- known as Vegas Grand. 10:33:04 AM

NY: Suit filed over water harvesting The Woodland Community Association put out the call last month that they need a commitment of substantial funds from the community to launch a legal attack on the town for approving the controversial water harvesting project. 10:31:52 AM
