While it is well known by just about everyone now that it is illegal under federal law to discriminate against purchasers or tenants of condominium if the discrimination is based on sex, race, religion, or color, what some don’t realize is that if proper provisions are contained in a condominium association’s governing documents, it is perfectly legal for a condominium association to discriminate against bad people, bad dogs or bad trucks.
