A mother in Sugar Land is furious that she can't show support for her son who is serving in Iraq. It's turned into a fight over a flag display that is dividing a neighborhood. The display stood at the entrance to the Orchard Lake Estates in Sugar Land. (plus video report)

The Lennar Corp., which developed Greenbriar, has agreed after a two-year ordeal to contribute money toward the expenses of the Greenbriar Oceanaire Community Association for "common areas" such as the clubhouse, golf course and its pools — a move that will collectively save millions of dollars for residents.
