Gov. Janet Napolitano on Thursday signed into law a bill requiring homeowners associations to allow a property owner to post a for-sale sign on the owner's individual property.

Following a finding of discrimination by a condominium manager, a couple involved in a dispute over their need for a wheelchair-accessible parking space have received $7,000 in compensatory damages in a settlement with the Menehune Shores Condominium.
