A Marin judge has ordered the Bahia Homeowners Association to move forward with plans to dredge its lagoon.

As you may be aware, a battle royal has been under way between a group of residents that wants to recall the board of directors and those directors, who aren't keen on the idea of being forced to give up their seats before the end of their terms.
