Eggleston said any road built on the Forster Ranch side would require right-of-way acquisition that Forster Ranch’s homeowner association will not grant. On the Talega side, he said the alignment is “way too close” to homes and if a road is built on that side, it must be as far from homes as possible, recessed from view and designed without lighting.
