Harris, who had been employed for the past 10 years as the lake and beach club manager for the Menifee Lakes Homeowner’s Association (HOA), has been removed from his job. To further defame him, he believes, some of the board members are spreading a rumor that he was responsible for the recent death of about 30 ducks at the lake.
