CA: North Beach Landslide Leads To Seven Red-Tagged Buildings People who live near the slide said they thought it was an earthquake. Firefighters told NBC11 they are most concerned about the condo complex above the slide. It has been red-tagged, according to Hurd. A red tag means no one can enter the home. 9:12:05 AM
