Farma Client Service Support Analyst - Caracas. Under direct supervision, controls the report generation process. Assumes report ownership, along with the CSRs, for various clients that are basic and routine in nature. Reviews client data requirements with the appropriate CSRs and/or Account Managers. Generate client-specific (contract fulfillment or ad-hoc) reports based on the parameters provided by the CSR of the client's requirements. Analyzes, creates and verifies reports from various media. Follows data verification protocols and will review preprocessing parameter edits and reconcile any parameter issues of routine reports.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required: Undergraduate degree with one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience. The incumbent knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the Client Service Representative field. The incumbent should possess a strong knowledge of Products. PC/Mainframe skills.
Additional Requirements: Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure in a team environment. Ability to use independent judgment regarding report set-up, time management and communication with other departments.
