Help Wanted: Economic Adviser So, for the last few days I have been reading up on the impending economic doom.  This is actually quite scary reading.  Dan Gilmor had a nice post about this, and the direct link to his piece is below.  John Robb also made mention of Stephen Roach's comments  in his blog, too.  You have an administration that has done nothing to keep spending in check.  You have a Treasury Secretary who states that the United States has a strong dollar policy, but his "policy" has no basis in economic reality.  If something is not done about the deficit this country is facing, then there is certainly going to be some hell to pay.  Please, will someone with some sense of economic realities become an adviser to this administration?  'Bearish' Doesn't Capture Top Economist's Worry. 3:09:53 PM    comment []  trackback []
