YouTube Takedowns Very interesting points made by Bob Cringley in his PBS Column about YouTube takedowns. He demonstrates that people with dubious motives could potentially masquerade as copyright holders and get clips removed from YouTube. It also strikes me that "fair use" of copyright could be at risk ... read on
