Here's the deal:
You see "www" but when you say: "www",
you are actually saying : "double u double double u"
Which is 9 syllables.
It's redundant, wasteful, annoying.
Solution:
Try saying:
"world wide web"
3 syllables.
Or
"Triple w" .... and then the rest of the URL.
Obviously a better way if only we could get everyone to adopt it!
