Anybody out there have a minute to explain the "URL's to Ping" section?  I would like to know, what is the format for pinging?  Do I just drop in "http://www.google.com/" and my post will show up?  What if I want to notify other sites of my activity?  There is something in the userland documentation about "Master Ping" but I would like to pick and choose what posts when and to whom.  Thanks.
