T-Mobile Representative Bullish and Insulting. I called T-Mobile on March 20th, 2006 to change my service plan. My contract for a family plan was complete on that day and I no longer needed two of the lines. Line 0767 is my personal line, 1563 was my wifes, and 3565 was a laptop only data plan. I was cancelling the 1563 and the 3565 line. Representative Maria was trying to convince me to keep the 1563 and was going to offer me a good deal on the MDA. I explained that I was willing to consider that but that I was not willing to pay a single dollar (not even the $10 holding fee) to maintain the line while waiting for Maria to call back. I called back on 3/29 after not hearing from Maria and I was informed that she had called and that there were no MDA's available. Fine. I call T-Mobile today to inquire about the $175 balance (should have been around $120) and was informed that all three lines had been changed to a $39.99 plan. Representative Caleb transferred me to Travis who is the main source of the complaint. Travis called me a liar and read Maria's notes to me over and over upon my attempts to explain what I wanted. Maria's notes were wrong and stated that I was willing to negotiate with the 3565 number. I remained calm with Travis and requested that he transfer me to his supervisor. I heard hol music for about a minute and then was disconnected. This is unacceptable customer service. Frankly I don't care what notes a representive writes on my account and I'm not willing to pay for someone else's error. comment [] trackback [] |
