Best windows performance on the Mac?  I'm eager to have this up and running to see for myself.  I am currently having both Virtual PC running as well as having several PCs around.  All to support my powerbook.  Has anybody been using Parallels to run a Server 2003 and an XP client or two?  Living in a Parallels universe. Rob Griffiths has already run Windows XP on his Mac mini with the help of hackers' tricks and Boot Camp. So it stands to reason he would test drive Parallels Workstation, a virtual machine technology that lets you run multiple operating systems on top of OS X.
