Microsoft recommends Blogger.com for beginners. I was browsing Microsoft.com/rss and noticed that there was an article called "The XML Files: All About Blogs and RSS" from 2004.  Read it here.  I was excpecting blatant MS product placement and was pleasantly surprised to see Google's Blogger as the recommended site for beginners looking to start their first blog. comment []  trackback []
