I love the river-of-news approach to reading RSS feeds.  I renewed my Radio Userland subscription almost  entirely for this feature.  I log in remotely and read the river from work to keep up with my 36 feeds or whatever (including Scoble!).

I've used a lot of other readers including netnews wire, thunderbird, yahoo mail beta, feed reader, etc and the many-folders approach only has one benefit for me - I never miss a post at an obscure hour.  The river keeps me up-to-date every hour.

The only drawback to the river is that I tend to read more Boing Boing than anything else just because there are more posts.
