Another Bird Down.
Intelsat loses another satellite. "The temporary service interruption
aboard IA-7 was extremely unusual; in Intelsat's case, literally a
once-in-30-years occurrence," said Starband's CIO concerning problems
with one Intelsat satellite in November.

Picasa 2 Google's entry into the world of photo sharing and management has been released to the world... and it's totally free.
Back
when Google acquired Picasa, I heard a lot of "it's a total ripoff of
iPhoto" well, folks, this version can do things that Photoshop can't
even do, to say nothing of how it outshines iPhoto.
