Issues include: a shift to a demand-driven training system; a projected increase in the number of Australians with higher level skills; an explanation of the Productivity Places Program; the establishment of Skills Australia; and the increase in resources for Industry Skills Councils. Feedback is requested by 30 April 2008. [Vocational Education & Training Headlines]
