A completly exhausting exercise installing Radio. I have learn't alot; here a couple of great places to know if you need help:

I had some major problems for a while there - just had to re-install the damned thing 3 times...fortunately, my memory is even shorter than my temper, and this whole affair will soon be a distant memory.

Userland really should come out with a reference guide! A great product, despite the above; Russ Lipton - find a publisher for gods sake!

Welcome to ChinaTactics! My goal is to make this blog a source of commentary, and discussion among people interested in business in China and the unique challenges that the area faces. I am going to look at some of the big issues facing Chinese organizations as they face increasingly rapid change.

Its not all business either, there will be commentary, and insight on culture, education and other issues making for a meaningful and stimulating place to get ideas and information. I look forward to making friends and shaking up some of the local "business" thinking that really does need an almighty kick in the ass.
