Show #67: The Train Ride
This first show of 2007 starts with a spoken word sound piece about a train ride that happened many years ago in the cold prairie city of Winnipeg. Background music in this piece is courtesy of Spheric Lounge one of the best ambient music sites I've found on the web. I play a piece by Leonard Cohen, that describes the winds of change blowing to the south. I also muse about the impact of media on our peace of mind, and the show closes with another piece by The Black Angels from the IODA Promonet.
