Medicare Matters: In-person help with your drug coverage questions The National Council on Aging and Access to Benefits Coalition is sponsoring a free educational program for seniors at Hackley Public Library on Wednesday, April 5, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, to help people with Medicare understand the new perscription drug coverage choices and make enrollment decisions.
